Groups are More Fun ... and Leaders Can Travel for FREE
When cruising with family, friends, or co-workers (or any combination!) group travel is the way to go. Where else can you enjoy special amenities exclusive only to groups. Plus, when you become a group leader, it's easy to earn free travel. With 16 full-fare passengers, your berth space is complimentary – you only pay port charges and tax! Keep reading for some FAQ's on group travel.
Why is group pricing lower?
When space is taken in bulk and deposited by the agency, this allows for a lower rate. The consumer benefits from this arrangement because they receive a special rate.
However, you do not have to be part of a group to benefit from this lower rate. Any passenger can be booked in the group allotment and receive fantastic pricing and better availability. Ask your Cruise Counsellor about our current group bookings.
Most group cabins can be held as a “guarantee,” which means you pay for the lowest category and are guaranteed that category, or the possibility of an upgrade, based on availability at the time of final cabin assignment.
What is the definition of a group?
Eight or more cabins, based on double occupancy.
